Shuntarô Tanikawa – Vivre
Vivre,
vivre maintenant, signifie
maintenant “maintenant” passe.
Vivre,
vivre maintenant, signifie
un oiseau bat des ailes,
la mer tonne,
un escargot rampe,
des gens aiment,
la chaleur de vos mains,
la vie elle-même.

The soul reason for living is to die loving.
This poem describes how a life of Pure Love is lived. The surety of linear time is that we each die. The surety of absolute love is eternity. Thus in the moment of Love we are eternal and timeless.
If we do not reach up and out to catch the wave of sound invisible in the air, we have missed communication in a moment of subtle unseen but felt vibration that lifts and raises.
If we do not swish a head to glimpse a shard of light on a quiver we have missed.
Similarly, if we fail to see the soft curl on the lip of a passing stranger we have lost.
The poet and artist are oft they that look deep into and beyond what echoes in the historical mind of experiences and observe the dance of the ever and always all new nuance that blesses life with priceless wealth.
The artist poet is oft like none other… to be able to sit and gaze and see all time in the play of individual instants gather and collect before them. To see into the depths of nano space beyond the veil of conditioned thought, to see what actually is… and not what is imagined.
The leaf has no intention other than to flutter, the wave has no intention other than to ripple and break, the soft smile has no intention other than to warmly express.
When we see through the haze and notice what is actually there, then each second we walk in beauty, sail on the linear to towards death, we find in the everlasting now, the minutia and splendour of all the mesmerising subtleties that constitute the pauper’s rich and noble life.
THIS is poetry, THIS is art, This is Life… Only THIS is Love.
Again and always Mr Chabrieres, genuinely such wonderful discoveries and choices you share and in so doing extend your light to us all.
